Keystone Decor – Return Policy

At Keystone Decor, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, items are no longer eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance. Please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive return instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping for wall panels, flooring, and shower kits may require freight shipping.

Product Condition

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Uninstalled and unused

• In original packaging

• In resalable condition

Products that have been installed, cut, modified, or used cannot be returned.

Opened Boxes & Restocking Fee

Returns of opened boxes may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

For flooring and wall panels, full cartons only may be returned.

Partial cartons or individual pieces cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order number

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Installed products

• Cut or modified materials

• Clearance or final sale items

• Partial cartons
