Keystone Decor – Shipping Policy
At Keystone Decor, we strive to ship orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Depending on the size and weight of your order, we ship using:
• UPS / FedEx Ground – for smaller orders
• Freight carriers (LTL) – for large or pallet shipments
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Due to the heavy and oversized nature of building materials such as wall panels, flooring, and shower kits, shipping charges may be higher than standard retail products.
Freight Deliveries
Large orders may ship via LTL freight carriers. Please note:
• Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only
• Someone may need to be present to receive the shipment
• Additional services such as liftgate or inside delivery may incur extra charges
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage, please:
- Take photos of the product and packaging
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders quickly, Keystone Decor is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, freight congestion, or other circumstances beyond our control.
